Our Top 3 Reproductive Health Apps

Not all apps are built equal. And with more than 325,000 health apps to choose from, it can be hard to know which to trust. On behalf of NHS organisations, ORCHA tests more apps than anyone else, looking at effectiveness, safety and security. Here are three apps designed to help people with their reproductive health concerns that achieve high scores:
Clue– By logging pain, mood changes and bleeding, the app can predict ovulation and period dates. Useful but 93 percent accurate, it’s not a contraception.
Squeezy for Men– Help exercise pelvic floor muscles in the right way to try and prevent problems like premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction and urinary incontinence.
Baby Buddy – gives personalised daily information, answers questions, signposts support and tracks progress, through pregnancy and a baby’s first six months.
Due to our continual re-review process, all app scores are subject to change. As such, we’d always encourage you to view our app reviews on our App Library, as this reflects Live data and app updates which are continuously changing. Our re-review process ensures that the most up-to-date information for the latest version of an app can be accessed via our App Library.
