Digital health product assessment subscriptions
Get quality assurance and continuous compliance for your digital health product
Digital health frameworks provide assurance to health systems that your product meets the standards needed to assure its safety and reliability. Assessment frameworks can help guide development, ensuring your product meets commissioning requirements.
ORCHA is your partner to find and continuously meet the digital health frameworks you need for growth.
To fit with the dynamic nature of digital health products, and the shift by health systems to demand continuous assurance, ORCHA offers suppliers annual subscription options to support this.
These also include a wealth of additional benefits.
Level one annual assessment subscription
With a level one annual assessment subscription, you get unlimited assessments of your digital health product, or app, against one entry level assessment framework. Choose either the OBR or US DHAF. Benefit from expert advice when you speak to a digital health assessor, an in-depth improvement report and one competitor benchmark market report.
Level two annual assessment subscription
With a level two annual assessment subscription, you get unlimited assessments of your digital health product, or app, against two assessment frameworks. Choose either the OBR or US DHAF, and one out of either the DTAC, NordDEC or DHAF+. Benefit from expert advice when you speak to a digital health assessor, an in-depth improvement report and two competitor benchmark market reports.
Level three annual assessment subscription
With a level three annual assessment subscription, you get unlimited assessments of your digital health product, or app, against three assessment frameworks. Choose either the OBR or US DHAF, and two out of either the DTAC, NordDEC or DHAF+. Benefit from expert advice when you speak to a digital health assessor, two in-depth improvement reports and four competitor benchmark market reports.
What are assessment subscriptions?
An assessment subscription is an annual fee that you pay in exchange for an unlimited number of assessments of your digital health product for one calendar year. There are different levels of assessment subscriptions: level one, level two and level three.
Each assessment subscription level has a number of benefits that come with it. A level one assessment subscription has the fewest benefits and level three has the most.
Why would I need an assessment subscription?
Depending on the assessment subscription level you choose, you will benefit from:
- Unlimited reassessments – to ensure your digital health product is continuously compliant with standards in the market you choose, including every time you update your product during that year
- Benchmark market report – to see what your competition is doing and keep an eye on your chosen market
- Expert advice – speak to our helpful assessor team to improve your digital health product assessment score or pass an assessment
- Reach multiple markets – assess your digital health product and drive growth to enter the UK NHS, US, Nordics and more locations around the world

“We have found that having an ORCHA score is really helpful for getting the trust of those organisations. Once they see the ORCHA badge they find it easier to trust the product. I hear that quite often commissioners don’t know which digital tools to recommend or use – they don’t have the time and skills to assess them. So having this independent ORCHA verification is really useful.”
